The hopper is kept at a temperature below 4.4 degrees Celsius even when it is not in use, preserving produce for longer. The microprocessor manages the refrigeration, maintaining quality consistent with the control of the temperature and viscosity. Record how many servings per day and how many dispensing’s were made. There is a warning indicator to let operators know when the mixture is low.
