The tandoor includes a hardened inner surface, 2-inch thick clay body, reinforced metal rings, and triple-layer insulation for consistent high-temperature cooking. An energy-efficient stainless steel gas burner with a cast iron gas plate ensures reliable performance and long service life. Designed for professional kitchens, restaurants, and catering operations.
