Each and every sale is final. Goods are not sold on a trial basis, and they cannot be returned if they are not desired.

Goods sold on the UK mainland may be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement within 14 days if they are unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packing. After being assessed by Kamil Catering Equipment, goods that have been opened, marked/soiled, damaged, or used will only be eligible for a partial refund (not exceeding 60% of the purchase price). Non-saleable items will not be reimbursed and will be returned at the Customer’s expense. A restocking fee (typically 25% or 30%  Depend on Conditon of the items ) may apply to some large or bulky purchases.

We are not responsible for any shipping fees incurred by you while returning your purchases.
